Who would have thought that one of Europe’s most progressive and reliably excellent multi-roaster coffee places is located in the center of one of the continent’s most favorite holiday destinations? Right in the middle of Palma de Mallorca, tucked away in a quiet back street, Nanø Coffee Lab excels at buying, brewing, and serving some of the best coffee from well-known national and European roasters. We have been visiting them multiple times over the years, and we are stunned every time we are their guests. Luciano and Belen are outstanding hosts and manage to create a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, no matter whether you show up alone or with a group. Believe us; we tried both. Admittedly, our group of eight filled up the shop almost wholly, but Belen and Luciano did not even blink. Both of them have in-depth knowledge of coffee and coffee shops, and we cannot wait to return to discuss which new places and roasters to try and to have some exceptional coffee at Nanø Coffee Lab.
