What Frederik Kliewe and his team have achieved is nothing short of mind-blowing. Not only do they hold the German record for the largest selection of roasters, but they are also passionate about curating standout roasters from near and far. We always feel fortunate when we can stop over at their place in the picturesque university town. We love sitting in the shop, watching locals step in and browse the different beans on offer.
