It is rare that a specialty coffee place instantly wows us. Meramanis managed to. Their focus on Indonesian coffees and eclectic processes (such as multiple anaerobic approaches) was a great start. Moreover, eight (!) different pour-overs were on offer on our visit. The execution of the pour-overs was perfect, as were the shots drawn on their Storm. Finally, their savory and sweet street food snacks are reason enough to pass by regularly.
