Café Slow sits in the gardens outside Hoi An, a wooden room surrounded by green. The seats by the koi pond are the ones to aim for: fish circling in the water, the vegetable village stretching out beyond it. The coffee holds its own, with different single origins for espresso and hand filter and blends behind the milk drinks that change as they go. The Vietnamese coffee specialties get their own robusta blend, so the menu covers two traditions instead of choosing between them.
