Ever since Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood published his book on the importance of water for great coffee, we have been eagerly anticipating the day when we can finally set foot into his shop in Bath. The water and the coffee prepared with it were so good that we came back every single day of our week-long stint in town. Colonna sources a number of unique coffees from the entire origin alphabet.
